RASCKL Acquires Malleck Precision Machining

We are proud to announce that Rasckl Industrial Services has acquired Malleck Precision Machining. We can now offer customers complete wire EDM, CNC and Manual milling and turning services. These additional capabilities bolster Rasckl’s proven track record of exceeding expectations on emergency breakdowns and project-based work.

Richard Abbott (Industrial Services)

Rick is a Red Seal Certified Millwright with over 30 years of experience in marine mechanical and rotational equipment industries. He is an expert in roller and babbitt bearing applications, as well as alignment precision. Rick’s passion is providing quality customer solutions, doing whatever is required to get the job done right, and on time.

Adam Knowles (Welding Services)

Adam is a Red Seal Certified Welder with over 17 years of experience, specializing in welding and fitting, structure, and pipe welding in Tig, Mig and Stick processes, as well as rope access and confined spaces. He has extensive experience project managing in mining and power generation industries, as well as custom and production run work.

Chris Ashworth (Industrial Services)

Chris is a certified Tool and Die Maker with over 23 years of experience in tool and die making, machining, machine building and integration in production and service industries. He specializes in specialty rotational equipment diagnostics and service, focusing on root cause analysis, consultation, and quick remediation time for customers.

 Lee Jowett (Machining Services)

Lee is a Certified Journeyman Machinist with over 40 years in multiple industries including food, medical, power transmission, lumber, and CNC machinery servicing. He specializes in design, prototyping, and build for specialty and custom applications, as well as quality and process upgrades. Lee heads up the machining services for Malleck in a quality precision machinist and mentor capacity.
